Submitting a Request

  • For all Maintenance/Facilities related issues you can submit a ticket request by following the steps below. 

1. Visit the link http://easylinks.rcdci.com (There should be a link on the desktop labeled “Manager Plus”.

2. You can then login using your centers login information which will consist of the following

Username: The Username is the same used for SharePoint & Email

Password: Your school’s Zip Code1

3. Once you have logged in you will select “Work Requests” in the top left corner as shown below

4. You will then select the “new” button as shown in this picture.

 5. You will now be able to create a work request (reference to the image below on how to fill it out), and please make sure you click save when you are done.
