ADP Issues

Issue 1:

Error message: More than one user is logged into this instance of ADP. Please log out and try again.

Try these steps to fix it

Step 1: Reboot the Chromebook by holding the power button down. After the Chromebook has shut down you can turn it back on.

**If this does not solve your issue try this**

To clear your cashe and cookies in Google Chrome follow these steps:

Step 1: Open a Google Chrome browser.

Step 2: Hit “ctrl” + “shift” + Delete on your keyboard and a delete browsing history box should appear.

Step 3: Check all of the boxes and hit delete.

Step 4: Close out of the chrome browser and reopen.

 

Issue 2:

Chromebook is not connected to the internet
